Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise transformation. You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading large, complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and change controls.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Experience working within a PMO environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise initiatives from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, success measures, and implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, vendor, and third-party resources to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mentor project managers, project coordinators, and team members.
• Champion project management best practices, standards, processes, and tools.
