Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner in Atlanta to drive full-funnel retail advertising strategies for top-tier clients. You will build executive relationships, craft lower-funnel campaigns, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and retention outcomes.

You'll leverage your strategic vision, negotiation skills, and AI-enabled insights to expand partnerships, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising and measurement.
• Proven consultative and negotiation skills for long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Results-oriented approach with strategic thinking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies for top-tier Retail clients, with emphasis on lower-funnel outcomes.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite and cross-functional teams.
• Build and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and secure internal/external buy‑in.
• Lead negotiations and joint business plans, aligning cross-functional teams to drive growth.
