Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner for the US (Atlanta area) to act as a strategic visionary for top-tier Retail clients, cultivating trusted relationships through deep expertise in Retail Media and performance advertising.

You will independently engage assigned accounts to promote Pinterest’s products and develop lower-funnel strategies that drive measurable outcomes, including traffic, sales, and retention.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of media and measurement across brand, consideration and conversion.
• Proven ability to develop long-term partnerships and negotiate annual agreements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate trends into revenue growth.
• Results-driven with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital media, business, or SaaS sales.
• Willingness to challenge decisions and implement AI-enhanced workflows.
• Interest in applying AI to improve productivity and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies for top Retail clients focusing on conversion, sales, and retention.
• Cultivate relationships across client and agency stakeholders; organize educational summits, strategy sessions, and QBRs.
• Build strategic plans to drive revenue growth; secure internal and external buy-in and lead annual deal conversations.
• Demonstrate executive presence and understanding of client goals, ecommerce priorities, and KPIs.
• Guide clients in turning inspiration into action for millions of Pinners and foster internal/external partnerships.
• Negotiate terms and mobilize cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.
• Deliver data-driven insights and compelling narratives to steer retail media strategies.
• Identify opportunities for incremental growth and expand retail media partnerships.
