Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner for the Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco, CA. This in-person role requires working 1-2 days per week in our SF office and focuses on building relationships with top brands to drive Reddit's advertising solutions.

You will own your book of business, manage end-to-end deals, forecast revenue, and partner with Account Managers to grow with agency and direct clients.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years in sales.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals and/or measurement solutions.
• Deep relationships within agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Strong track record of hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing clients to deliver Reddit solutions to meet marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities within client relationships and advance them to close.
• Partner with Account Managers to foster long-term partnerships between clients and Reddit.
• Own book of business with strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to improve processes and products.
• Grow revenue with agencies and direct clients year over year.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit and Reddit ads platform.
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Meet deadlines and provide high levels of customer service.
• Lead internal initiatives and mentor team members.
• Manage client meetings from agenda to presentation, set expectations and next steps.
• Be primary contact for platform updates and opportunities.
• Provide strategic, proactive advice to deepen client relationships.
• Explore client needs with deep product knowledge to align opportunities.
• Shape Reddit’s ads roadmap with client feedback and metrics.
• Share expertise as a Reddit evangelist at events.
• Collaborate with other Client Partners and Account Managers on shared accounts.
• Build internal relationships to deliver on goals.
