Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner for the Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco. This role focuses on forming strong relationships with top brands and guiding them to achieve business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

The position requires in-person work 1-2 days per week in our SF office. You will own a book of business, forecast revenue, and partner with account managers to drive year-over-year growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Ability to lead special projects and manage a large book of business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing clients to deliver Reddit solutions that meet marketing and business goals.
• Identify opportunities within client relationships and move them to close.
• Partner with Account Managers to forge long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Own the book of business, forecast revenue, and ensure operational rigor.
• Communicate feedback to improve sales processes and products.
• Build and deepen relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and clients.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform.
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitches.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high levels of client service.
