Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Client Partner, Mid-Market Sales (B2B Services - Acquisitions) in San Francisco. You will own a growing book, prospect and close new brands using Reddit's advertising suite, and partner with Account Managers to drive revenue and client success.

The role requires 4-7 years in digital media with 1-3 years in sales, a hunter mindset, and comfort owning strategy, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience using sales tools for prospecting and outreach at scale is preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve marketing and business goals.
• Establish new relationships and acquire new clients (direct and agency-driven) for long-term success.
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships and move them through to close.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Act as the CEO of your book of business with ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
• Provide feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to improve team effectiveness.
