Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Lead Client Partner to drive the Tech vertical within Large Customer Sales in San Francisco or Los Angeles. You will form strong relationships with brands and agencies, aligning their objectives to Reddit’s advertising suite through strategic planning and ongoing guidance.

You will manage top accounts, craft business plans, and educate clients on Reddit Ads while collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, products, and measurement solutions.
• Strong existing relationships in agency and client direct spaces.
• Expertise in social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building long-term growth strategies.
• Track record of top performance against sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform to expand use cases.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products and leverage agency connections.
• Provide strategic, proactive, consultative advice to uplevel client relationships.
• Lead client meetings from agenda to presentation and set clear next steps.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Ad Ops to meet marketing goals.
• Share client feedback to influence Reddit’s ad product roadmap and strategy.
