Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Lead Client Partner to own and grow relationships with major brands and agencies in the Tech vertical. Based in Los Angeles or New York, you will drive revenue by partnering with advertisers across Reddit's ads platform.

You will shape product roadmap through client feedback, mentor teammates, and deliver strategic, consultative guidance to deepen partnerships. This role offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech or entertainment organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
• Deep existing relationships within agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit ads platform and opportunities.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products.
• Inform client strategies using internal/external data and pitch proposals.
• Meet deadlines and ensure high level of customer service.
• Lead client meetings from agenda to final presentation; set expectations and next steps.
• Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to uplevel relationships.
• Explore client needs and align goals with platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals.
