Reddit is seeking a Lead Client Partner to join the Global Strategic Accounts team in a principal client-facing role based in the US. You will manage top advertising partners, build joint business plans, and educate clients on Reddit ads to drive sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of digital media sales experience, with 7+ years in enterprise sales.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead long-term account growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Educate clients on Reddit ads platform and opportunities
• Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Meet deadlines and provide high levels of customer service
• Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics
• Mentor and train other team members
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation and set clear next steps
