Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Lead Client Partner for Global Strategic Accounts in the Tech vertical, based in Los Angeles or New York. You will manage top advertising partners, drive revenue growth, and educate clients on Reddit ads.

This role requires deep enterprise experience, agency and client relationships, and strategic account planning. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align client goals with Reddit’s product roadmap, delivering high-touch service and executive-level guidance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years of sales experience
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech or entertainment organizations
• Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
• Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
• Ability to lead special projects

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, agencies and clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Educate new clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Leverage client and agency relationships to inform strategies and pitches
• Meet deadlines and deliver high levels of customer service
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients
• Provide strategic, proactive, consultative advice to grow client relationships
• Explore and align client goals with platform opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals
• Shape Reddit ads product roadmap through client feedback and metrics
• Provide thought leadership and represent Reddit at industry events
• Mentor and train other team members
• Collaborate with peers to craft cohesive strategy across accounts
• Build deep internal relationships to deliver on goals

Education

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
