Job summary

Reddit, Inc. in New York is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to manage top advertising partners and drive revenue growth. You will cultivate executive-level relationships, educate clients on Reddit ads, and align platform capabilities with client business goals.

You will lead strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the ads product roadmap while acting as a Reddit evangelist at industry events.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and measurement solutions
• Strong existing relationships within agency and client direct space
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
• Ability to lead special projects
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Educate clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitches
• Meet deadlines and provide high level customer service
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients
• Provide strategic, proactive advisory to grow relationships
• Mentor and train other team members
• Collaborate across teams to craft cohesive strategy for shared accounts
• Share client feedback to shape product roadmap
• Act as a Reddit evangelist at events
• Build deep internal relationships to deliver on goals
