C-Suite Advisory: advise CEOs/CIOs/CDOs/COOs on AI-native operating models and grid forecasting.
Aggressive Portfolio Scaling & P&L Leadership: own sector portfolio, expand accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
Market Share Capture: leverage Houston energy hub to dominate regional providers and IPPs.
Delivery Excellence: direct cross-functional AI teams ensuring ROI and margins.
IP Steering: feed market intelligence to shape proprietary AI assets and offerings.
