Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Power, Utilities & Energy to lead multi-year AI transformation engagements in the Houston market. You will originate, structure, and close major deals while guiding C-suite clients on AI-driven roadmaps and ROI realization.

You will own P&L for a high-growth sector, expand our footprint, and orchestrate cross-functional teams of AI architects and data scientists to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive-level client leadership in Tier-1 consulting or elite tech services.
• Proven track record managing a $20M+ portfolio in Energy/Utilities AI projects.
• Extensive Houston executive network across energy, power, and utilities sectors.
• Deep domain mastery of grid modernization, DER, ERCOT, FERC.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into CIO-level business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end origination, structuring, and closure of enterprise AI engagements ($10M–$50M+).
• Advise CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, and COOs on strategic AI roadmaps for utilities and energy.
• Own P&L for a high-growth sector portfolio and drive expansion beyond pilots.
• Target regional power providers, IPPs, and utilities transitioning to digital models.
• Direct cross-functional teams of AI architects and data scientists to ensure delivery excellence.
• Shape proprietary AI assets based on frontline market intelligence.
