Quantiphi, Inc. in the Houston area is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Power, Utilities & Energy to lead mega-deal origination and strategic advisory.

You will drive end-to-end engagements and guide a portfolio in AI-driven transformations for utilities. You will own the portfolio, steer cross-functional delivery, and help clients navigate grid modernization and energy transition using AI-native approaches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive client leadership at a Tier-1 firm or elite tech services firm.
• Proven track record of managing a $20M+ annual digital, data and AI portfolio.
• Active Houston-based C-suite network across energy, utilities and power sectors.
• Deep knowledge of grid modernization, DER, ERCOT and FERC regulatory context.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, ML, digital twins and data architectures.
• Experience in non-traditional, value-based deals and joint IP ventures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end origination, structuring, and closure of $10M–$50M+ AI engagements across Utilities, Power and Energy.
• Advise Houston energy executives on strategic roadmaps and AI-native operating models.
• Own P&L for a high-growth sector portfolio and drive account expansion.
• Architect go-to-market motions to capture regional market share in Houston.
• Direct cross-functional teams of AI architects, data scientists and SMEs for deployments.
• Shape development of proprietary AI assets and IP from market intelligence.
