Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Senior Client Officer at the Commerce branch to support the Client Manager in supervising operations, client service, and internal sales activities. You will help maintain regulatory compliance and coach staff while identifying cross-sell opportunities with CNB products and services.

You will also assist with scheduling, risk management, and achieving branch sales goals, ensuring exemplary client service and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service client transactions and uphold branch operational integrity.
• Coach and motivate banking office staff; manage scheduling and workflow.
• Promote cross-selling and identify opportunities to benefit clients.
• Provide training on regulatory procedures and CNB products.
• Deliver all components of new accounts processing and risk management.
