Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of banking environment experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and able to be registered under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry

Responsibilities

• Functions as part of a cohesive unit to service client transactions and uphold branch operational integrity, including cash handling.
• Promotes cross-selling of bank services to meet branch sales and referral goals.
• Supports and develops colleagues, providing training on regulatory procedures and bank policies.
• Fully functional in new accounts processing, maintenance, service requests, and risk management.
