Job summary

City National Bank in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Client Officer to supervise the Client Manager and support branch operations, client service, and internal sales. You will monitor procedures for compliance, schedule colleagues, and help develop staff while identifying cross-sell opportunities and recommending CNB products.

You will champion client service, promote banking solutions, and participate in new accounts processing with risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and licensed/eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Service client transactions and uphold branch operational integrity.
• Coach sales/service colleagues and manage daily activities.
• Promote cross-selling and propose CNB products and services.
• Develop colleagues with mentoring and regulatory guidance.
