Job summary

Circana is seeking a Director of Client Sales & Insights to lead analytics-driven engagements for Nestlé and other clients. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on data interpretation, translating consumer and shopper data into actionable recommendations that drive adoption of Circana tools.

Hybrid work in Arlington, VA with 1–2 days on site. You will build client relationships, mentor teams, and ensure timely, high-quality insights across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of CPG or retail experience with a focus on consumer and shopper insights.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with consumer/shopper panel data or customer data.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic implications for a non-technical audience.
• Proven track record in managing projects and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret consumer and shopper data and translate it into meaningful solutions that create value every day for the client.
• Drive usage and adoption of Circana’s consumer and shopper insights tools across the client’s departments.
• Build sustainable client relationships and establish Circana as the partner and thought leader.
• Act as domain expert and trusted advisor to the client and Circana teams.
• Identify business issues and opportunities and propose analytic approaches to educate the client.
