Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead and grow the client implementation PM team, owning delivery end-to-end for new and existing clients.

Remote-US role; you’ll shape standard processes, allocate resources, mentor PMs, and partner with sales, product, and operations to meet client commitments and PSI’s strategic goals.

This role emphasizes accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction, with hands-on participation when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in project or program delivery.
• 2–3 years direct management of PMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation PM team and sets direction.
• Defines operating model, roadmap, and goals for the team.
• Balances hands-on delivery with portfolio oversight to ensure delivery quality.
• Steps in to lead projects hands-on when needed to protect commitments.
• Develops PSI product expertise and configurations to guide delivery.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align delivery with business goals.
