Job summary

PSI Services is hiring a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead the client implementation team in a remote-US capacity. You will drive delivery, staffing, and governance, ensuring successful client onboarding and ongoing projects with PSI technology.

You will mentor project managers, partner with commercial and product teams, and standardize delivery processes to improve predictability and outcomes. 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years overall, incl. 8+ years in project or program delivery.
• 2–3 years directly managing, coaching, or supervising project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation project management team.
• Sets strategic direction and operating model for the function.
• Ensures delivery quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Supports proposals and sales by defining timelines and delivery approaches.
• Standardizes processes, dashboards, and governance across the team.
