Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead PSI’s client implementation program. This remote-US role focuses on onboarding new clients and delivering existing projects on PSI technology and workflows.

You will own the team, set delivery standards, and ensure outcomes align with cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, coach and develop talent, and partner with sales, product, and operations to align delivery

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project/program delivery
• 2–3 years directly managing project managers
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Owns and runs the client implementation project management team
• Leads and develops Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
• Shaping standards and operating model for the function
• Manage portfolio resources and capacity across the team
• Partner with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with quality
• Support proposals and sales timelines with credible implementation plans
• Escalate and resolve issues across the portfolio
• Hands-on leadership when needed on critical projects
• Develop dashboards and governance for portfolio visibility
• Maintain deep product/configuration knowledge
