PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead our client implementation PM team, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across client engagements. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration to align with PSI’s goals.

The position oversees resource planning, coaching PMs, and shaping standardized delivery practices while partnering with commercial, product, and operations teams to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently.
• Strategic leadership capability showing vision for a function.
• Proficiency with web-based PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation PM team across portfolio.
• Sets strategic vision and operating model for the function.
• Coaches and mentors project managers; conducts performance reviews.
• Manages capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Presents credible timelines to prospects and supports sales cycle.
