Job summary

PSI Services seeks a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead the client onboarding and end-to-end project delivery across the portfolio. You will own the PM team, shape delivery standards, and partner with commercial, product, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of PSI’s implementation approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in project/program delivery.
• 2+ years directly managing project managers.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation project management team.
• Sets vision, strategy, and operating model for the function.
• Delivers portfolio outcomes with cost, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Provides hands-on leadership on complex engagements when needed.
