• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone, and respond to inquiries.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and open new accounts when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; manage risk and avoid loss or fraud.
• Support performance management and development of team members as applicable.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc.
