Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone; resolve inquiries.
• Open new accounts, process paperwork, verify credentials, obtain docs.
• Support three-ring standard: phones answered by a live person within three rings.
• Assist with banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance; office capture duties.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with firm policy and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
