Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Minimum of five (5) years in financial services; ten years preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone.
• Greet and acknowledge clients entering the office and assist with banking transactions.
• Handle new account paperwork, verify client information, and obtain supporting docs.
• Open accounts, monitor compliance with policy and regulations, and manage risk.
• Support office operations and assist the Office Leader as needed.
• Refer clients to other specialties such as Trust, Investments, Insurance when appropriate.
