Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Specialist in Columbus, GA to deliver distinctive service as a single touch point for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions while promoting a highly engaged client experience.

You will greet clients, open new accounts, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and support cross-sell opportunities across Trust, Investments, and Treasury Management as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the phone.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork with proper credentials.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Refer clients to other specialty areas as appropriate (Trust, Investments, etc.).
• Support office operations and client experience as a single touch point.
