Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist in Tifton, GA to deliver distinctive service and act as a single touch point for clients. You will engage clients in conversations about banking products and solutions, expand relationships, and promote a highly engaged client experience in line with the Pinnacle Way.

The role requires a strong background in financial services, excellent people skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone, respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and new account openings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and risk controls.
• Lead or support team members and collaborate with other departments.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc.
