Job summary

Synovus Financial Corp is seeking a Financial Specialist to deliver distinctive client service and act as a single touch point for clients in the office. You will engage clients in conversations about products and solutions, process transactions, and expand existing relationships to promote a highly engaged client experience in line with Pinnacle Way.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone, resolving issues promptly.
• Greet clients, assist with banking transactions, and open or process new accounts when needed.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and firm policies, including risk management.
• Support leadership with HR processes and ensure operational excellence in daily tasks.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, and other areas as appropriate.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
