Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the telephone.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues; support three-ring standard.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork; verify credentials.
• Assist with banking transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Provide support for services such as wire transfers, notary, and related inquiries.
• Monitor risk and ensure compliance with firm policy and applicable regulations.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Support Office Leader and provide operational assistance as needed.
