Synovus Financial Corp is seeking a Financial Specialist to deliver distinctive service to clients, acting as a single touch point to minimize hand-offs. You will engage clients in conversations about banking products and solutions, aiming to expand relationships and promote a highly engaged client experience under the Pinnacle Way.

The role includes opening new accounts, handling deposits and transfers, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while adhering to policy and regulations.
• Coach and support team members and collaborate with HR on staff matters.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk controls.
• Support Office Leader with operational excellence and client needs.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury as appropriate.
