Job summary

Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist to deliver distinctive service as a single touch point for clients, handling in-branch and phone inquiries, and promoting a highly engaged client experience in line with the Pinnacle Way.

The role includes supporting deposits, transfers, and account services, while expanding relationships and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, handling in-person and phone inquiries with resolution.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries; support new account opening and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies; refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, and Treasury Management as needed.
