Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist who delivers distinctive client service in person and by phone. You will handle deposits, transfers, and account inquiries while promoting the bank's products and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will be the single touch point for clients, expanding relationships and delivering an exceptional Pinnacle Way customer experience in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of federal banking regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver distinctive in-person and phone service to clients and prospects; resolve issues quickly.
• Support three-ring standard by ensuring calls are answered by a live person within three rings.
• Open new accounts, process paperwork, verify credentials and maintain compliance with policies and laws.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance processes for direct and indirect reports.
• Identify client needs and refer to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Provide office support tasks and assist with daily operations and risk management.
