Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Resolve client inquiries and issues; support three-ring standard for phone coverage.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.
• Provide operational support to Office Leader and refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with firm policy, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
