Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and account opening; process paperwork and verify credentials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls; monitor required reports and operator duties.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as needed.
