Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to provide customer-focused repair and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers. You will handle service calls, document real-time updates, and ensure timely delivery under client SLAs.

The role requires driving to client locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining OEM certifications. Previous customer service experience is a plus and a basic repair toolkit is required.

Qualifications
