Job summary

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, act as the primary contact, and guide delivery of project milestones from kickoff to close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project management with client-facing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues.
• Act as the single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Mediate and coordinate delivery of project deliverables and tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy complies with performance guarantee arrangements.
• Engage team members to follow through on responsibilities.
• Evaluate customer-requested exceptions and propose alternatives to minimize impact.
• Solicit and assess feedback to drive continuous quality improvement.
