CVS Health is seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plans. You will coordinate with stakeholders, act as the primary contact, and drive delivery from strategy to execution.

The role requires 2+ years of project management and client-facing experience, with strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with health plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of self-funded new business client benefit plan implementation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and meet expectations.
• Serve as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with client expectations.
• Ensure strategy complies with performance guarantee arrangements.
• Engage team members to fulfill responsibilities and collect feedback for improvements.
• Assess customer exceptions and propose alternatives to minimize impact.
