Responsibilities

• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues.
• Act as a single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy aligns with performance guarantees.
• Engage team members to fulfill responsibilities.
• Assess exceptions and propose alternatives to meet client needs.
• Solicit feedback to improve the implementation process.
