Job summary

Paynada seeks a Senior Client Executive to drive new business and manage a designated territory. You will engage business owners, present tailored payment solutions, and lead the process from prospecting to onboarding.

This role is field-based, demanding strong relationship-building and strategic selling. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of B2B outside sales in payments, a proven quota track record, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales in merchant services, payments, POS, payroll, or HCM.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting and face-to-face business development.
• Identify and engage owners and decision-makers through consultative conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions addressing client needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Guide merchants through application, onboarding, and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted client resource.
• Mentor newer sales team members and share best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
