Job summary

Paynada is seeking a Senior Client Executive to drive new business in a field-based, quota-driven environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to small businesses, helping them reduce costs and streamline operations through payment processing and POS solutions.

You will develop a territory via daily prospecting, networking, and referrals, managing a robust pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales in merchant services or payments.
• Ability to consistently exceed quotas and performance goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting and face-to-face development.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions to address client needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
