Job summary

Paynada is seeking a Senior Client Executive for a field-based role to drive new business, nurture relationships, and create long-term partnerships with small businesses in the region. You will lead consultative discussions, tailor payment processing and POS solutions, and guide clients through onboarding and implementation.

The role rewards performance with an uncapped commission structure and a base salary range of $40,000–$50,000, plus incentives and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience in merchant services/payments or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong prospecting, networking and closing skills.
• Experience building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking and face-to-face business development.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions to address client needs.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with ongoing CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Guide merchants through application, onboarding and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted client resource.
• Mentor newer sales team members and share best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
