Job summary

Paynada in Macon, GA is seeking a Senior Client Executive to drive new business in a designated territory. This field-based role focuses on prospecting, networking, and closing deals with small business owners to deliver payment processing and POS solutions.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, mentor teammates, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Expect base salary with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and clear paths to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent B2B outside sales experience in merchant services, payments, POS sales, Payroll, or HCM sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative sales conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions that address client needs and improve operational efficiencies.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Guide merchants through the application, onboarding, and implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted resource for clients.
• Mentor and share best practices with newer sales team members.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
