Paynada, LLC. is seeking a Senior Client Executive to drive growth in a commission-based, remote role across the United States.

You will prospect, network, and close business with merchants, delivering payment processing and POS solutions to help reduce costs and streamline operations. The role emphasizes consultative selling, territory management, and building long-term client relationships within a high-visibility field-based team.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience in merchant services, payments, POS sales, Payroll, or HCM sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative sales conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions that address client needs and improve operational efficiencies.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Guide merchants through the application, onboarding, and implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted resource for clients.
• Mentor and share best practices with newer sales team members.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
