Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing Commercial Lines in California. This client-facing role leads service delivery for a complex portfolio, mentors team members, and coordinates renewal strategies with producers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Experience leading client programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on new business, renewals and expansions.
• Lead marketing and placement with market submissions and carrier negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and renewals.
• Develop risk analyses, stewardship reports, and client deliverables.
• Mentor service team members and support client relationships.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
