Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Executive to manage Property & Casualty relationships for construction and manufacturing clients. You will lead service delivery, coordinate program activities, and act as a strategic advisor while hands-on supporting client needs.

You will mentor the service team, work with Producers and Risk Control, and help drive retention and growth across a complex portfolio. This is a hybrid role based in CA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Experience leading client programs and projects.
• Designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on new business development, renewals and expansions.
• Deliver hands-on client service and ensure effective execution of strategies.
• Lead marketing and placement processes, prepare market submissions, engage carriers and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate internal resources to support renewal strategies and long-term risk management.
• Collaborate with Producers, Risk Control, Claims and service teams to deliver analyses and reports.
• Manage select client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee timely completion of deliverables such as endorsements, certificates, audits, and invoicing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to service team members.
• Travel as needed to support relationships and business development.
