Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a senior Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing commercial lines. This client-facing role manages complex P&C portfolios, guides service delivery, and leads renewal strategies with cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth.

You will mentor colleagues, coordinate market submissions, and work with Producers to secure favorable terms while leveraging data and AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Active Property & Casualty Broker License.
• Designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on client service, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver hands-on client service and ensure effective execution of strategies.
• Lead the marketing and placement process, including submissions and carrier negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources to support renewal strategies and risk management initiatives.
• Develop and deliver risk analyses, stewardship reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Oversee timely completion of service deliverables such as endorsements, certificates, and audits.
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business development.
