Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to identify and build new business, reframing the client's thinking and co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate.

You will drive design-wins to revenue with select focus clients, using consultative selling to connect industry insight to Microchip's solutions. Collaboration across global teams and product divisions is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience).
7+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
Proficient in problem-solving, program management and major accounts management.
Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize Microchip's Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at select focus clients.
Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, linking to Microchip's solutions.
Drive the company business relationship with the assigned clients.
Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip's solutions.
Contribute and participate within a global team to develop and implement sales strategies across locations.
Communicate with Microchip product divisions providing ROI feedback for investments.
Work with local/regional applications engineers to provide solutions to assigned clients.
