The role requires a strong background in semiconductor sales, excellent problem-solving, and consultative selling skills, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience).
• 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Proficient in problem-solving, program management, management of major accounts, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build new business with focus clients using Microchip’s engagement process.
• Teach customers through insight and consultative selling, linking to Microchip solutions.
• Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions.
