You will drive design wins to revenue, collaborate with regional teams, and translate ROI into compelling proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience).
• 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Strong client engagement track record and consultative selling skills.
• Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at focus clients.
• Apply insight and consultative selling to educate customers about industry and Microchip solutions.
• Manage the company business relationship with assigned clients and stakeholders.
• Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions.
• Contribute within a global team to develop and implement sales strategies across locations.
• Provide quantifiable feedback and ROI to Microchip product divisions.
• Collaborate with local and regional applications engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
